For the first half of this summer I chose to read a novel by JODI PICOULT titled “change of heart” I absolutely enjoyed reading it. If anyone is looking to read a good book this summer I recommend this novel, or any of J.P’s books; especially “my sisters keeper”. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I did.

For African literary lovers, I suggest:
“The Thing Around Your Neck” by Chimamanda Adichie. It is a must read. I just finished it and i simply love her style. I am in the process of writing a review and will share that later.
Another one i just heard of (is on Oprah’s book club) is “Say You’re One of Them” by Uwem Akpan. I haven’t read it yet but am about to.
Both are Nigerian authors.
