The Decision: Where Would Rooney Go If He Leaves Manchester United?

The last time a sports icon made a “Decision” on ESPN it caused a massive stir in the world of basketball, and potentially could lead to a balance of power in the NBA.  The revelation coming out of Old Trafford that Wayne Rooney, England and Manchester United’s mercurial striker wants to leave Manchester United has sent shockwaves across the futbol world and fuelled intense speculation about where Rooney will take his talents. 

Although Rooney has been a shadow of his blistering form from last season, he is not short of potential suitors.  Big spending Manchester City, Man Utd’s rivals just couple of miles away from Old Trafford stand ready with their oiled cheque books to prise its rivals talisman.  Barcelona, Real United, Chelsea, Tottenham, and even Everton, Rooney’s parent club have all been mentioned as potential destinations for Rooney to realized his ambitions.  We would like to know your thoughts on the Rooney developing “saga” and where you think he would likely play if indeed he leaves Man Utd.  Let’s hear your Pesewa . .  .
